When will I get my food stamps?
Most states put food stamps (SNAP) on the same calendar day each month. The day can depend on a case number, a Social Security digit, or a last name. Open your state and type only the digit the chart asks for. This page never asks for an EBT card number or a PIN.
Simple answer
Your state picks the day. It is usually the same day every month.
Open your state. Type the one digit the chart uses. We do not ask for a card number or a PIN.
The main chart is from USDA, updated 2021-11-04. We read it on 2026-10-16. Connecticut, Texas, Georgia, and Mississippi use a newer state page. If a day is missing from the chart, the state page says so.
