CMS has not published the 2027 Medicare Part B premium. The 2026 standard premium is $202.90 a month. The 2026 Medicare Trustees Report projects $209.50 a month for 2027. That figure is an estimate, not the final premium. The same report projects a $292 deductible. This page does not ask for a Medicare number.

The COLA is final. The Part B change is a projection. This rounds to the nearest cent. Your letter has the exact amount. A higher premium based on income is not included. The estimate does not apply the hold-harmless limit, which can keep the check from going down. Nothing you type is saved.
The Trustees Report says the hold-harmless rule can limit the dollar increase in Part B to the dollar increase in that person's Social Security benefit, so the check does not go down. This page does not apply that rule. A higher premium based on income is not shown.
